Good Friday Watch: Ang Katapusan on TV5

Some have claimed that the end of the world has started. Natural and man-made disasters are happening one after the other.

Major disasters, such as the Japan 8.9 magnitude earthquake/tsunami and the 2004 Indian Ocean magnitude 9.1 earthquake/tsunami, have claimed thousands of lives and destroyed billions worth of infrastructure. Conflicts and wars have ravaged countries in the Middle East, and terrorist and nuclear war threats from countries like Iran and North Korea have intensified. And with the death of Osama Bin Laden… many fear the worst will soon come.

The Philippines was not spared. Strong typhoons, like Ondoy and Sendong, have devastated the country, taking lives and leaving thousands without homes and livelihood. With the recent events happening around the globe…Is the world really coming to an end soon?

Ang Katapusan is a one-hour documentary that will probe into the end times from the biblical perspective. This special aims to clear out the spreading rumors concerning the apocalypse by presenting evidences researched by a New York Times best-selling author that will prove that the final days of the world is actually… the Second Coming of Christ.

TV-5’s News and Information Department dares to answer this question with a special documentary that will shed light on the spreading speculations about the end of the world. News 5 Chief Correspondent Luchi-Cruz Valdes thoroughly investigates the views and theories on the End Times of Joel Rosenberg, a New York Times best-selling author of five novels and two nonfiction books: Inside the Revolution and Epicenter – which tackles the Apocalypse based on Biblical research and studies. As a communications advisor, Rosenberg has worked with a number of U.S. and Israeli leaders, including Steve Forbes, Rush Limbaugh, Natan Sharansky, and Benjamin Netanyahu. He has addressed audiences all over the world, including those in Israel, Iraq, Jordan, Egypt, Turkey, Russia, and the Philippines.

Luchi Cruz-Valdes personally travels to Israel to present the purported location of the 2nd coming and analyzehow Israel’s current and future political situation, in relation to its place in the middle eastern region, will be pivotal in the much-dreaded doomsday.

Ang Katapusan airs this coming Good Friday on primetime slot, 9:00 – 10:30PM, over TV5 and Aksyon TV Channel 41.

    • Well brother if you read the Bible, God is giving us clear hints so we will not be caught off guard, unless you don’t believe the Word of God. The Holy Scriptures doesn’t say the exact time or day, but our Lord Jesus is giving us literal prophecies, hindi hula, but prophecies so you will know God’s time frame. God Bless and peace be with you.
